WTSO Website Re-Design

In 2006, Joseph and Elliot Arking founded Wines 'Til Sold Out (WTSO) with the unique concept of selling wine one bottle at a time online. Customers soon embraced the flash sales but also sought a broader wine selection. In 2017, WTSO expanded its website to offer a wider range of wines, prompting multiple website design updates.

WTSO remains renowned for its single-wine flash sales, but the addition of a diverse wine selection fueled its growth. By 2019, recognizing the need to enhance the user experience, WTSO embarked on a full website redesign, aiming to boost revenue, reduce bounce rates, and accommodate its expanding wine offerings.

The website redesign aimed to achieve several objectives, including revenue enhancement, reduced bounce rates, and an overall improved user experience. Throughout the redesign process, specific page requirements presented challenges. Despite the substantial undertaking of revamping the entire website, careful planning, guidelines, and gathered information ultimately led to the successful completion of the WTSO website redesign.
